Shipping & Delivery Terms

1. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when it ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS/UPS Ground.
Expedited Shipping: Options include UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express.
International Shipping: Available to select countries via USPS International, DHL, or FedEx.
3. Shipping Rates
Domestic (U.S.)
- Orders under $50: flat rate $5.99
- Orders $50 or more: free standard shipping
- Expedited: calculated at checkout based on carrier rates
International Calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
4. Delivery Estimates
Domestic Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment
Domestic Expedited: 1–3 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing
Delays: Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs inspections.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website to view current status and estimated delivery date.
6. Multiple-Item Orders
Items in the same order may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different warehouses.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment; shipping fees are combined at checkout.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Lost Packages: If a package is not delivered within 14 days of the “expected delivery” date, please contact Customer Support. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: Inspect all shipments upon delivery. For any damage, retain original packaging and contact Customer Support within 7 days with photos and order details.
Delayed Shipments: If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us for assistance.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services (USPS Priority Mail Express excepted).
Certain titles may be restricted from international shipping due to licensing. If an item cannot be shipped abroad, you will be notified and refunded shipping charges.
